Terms of service

The order submitted by the customer through the online form constitutes an offer addressed to 500line to conclude a sales contract under the conditions indicated therein and in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By sending the order form electronically, the customer undertakes to comply with these conditions in dealings with GM FORNITURE SRL. Therefore, by transmitting the order form, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and have received all additional information, which is always available on the website www.500line.it and frequently referenced via links.

When completing the personal data form, the customer is required to provide their full name, telephone number, email address, and shipping address. Orders that are incomplete and/or contain errors will not be considered valid for the purposes set out in this article.

After submitting the electronic order, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order (Order Confirmation). The execution of orders is subject to full payment of the price by the customer within 10 working days from receipt of the order and to the availability of the products in stock. Consequently, failure to pay the price or lack of product availability will result in the automatic termination of the contract, communicated to the customer by email, followed by the refund of any amount already paid.

The characteristics of the products are those presented on the website www.500line.it and described in each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale online may not correspond exactly to the actual ones due to updates and improvements made by 500line, which will be duly communicated, or due to the specific Internet browser and monitor used.

Product prices may be subject to updates. Prices include VAT. The prices indicated on the website www.500line.it at the time of the order are binding.
